Returns Policy
Since this is a customized industry, once items have been received, they will not be able to be returned unless there is a quality issue with the product and/or imprint. If items are blank, they can be returned if unused. There is a 30-day time restraint for doing this and, dependent on the product, a restocking fee may apply. Brand Blvd Inc. also guarantees satisfaction with each order as per the art proof, preproduction sample and price approved by the customer.
When eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. There is a 30-day restraint for processing any claims based on damages or issues from the time of product delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
When possible, Brand Blvd will correct, credit or reproduce any damaged or defective product. If that is not possible, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
